I was recently blocked from my Badoo account without any prior warning or clear explanation. The response I received from support was a generic, automated message that didn’t address my specific case, which makes me feel like they didn’t even look into it properly.
I’ve always been a respectful and responsible user, never had any issues on this platform, and this block came completely out of the blue. What’s even more concerning is that many other users seem to be experiencing the same issue a flawed penalty system that results in permanent bans after just one false report, without any chance to dispute or correct the situation.
Badoo doesn’t give any warnings or chances to rectify supposed violations, which is not only unfair but also prone to mistakes. Innocent users are being affected, and the lack of personal engagement from their support team shows a complete disregard for their user base.
If Badoo values its community, they should reassess how they handle these issues, improve their support by offering personal case reviews, and implement a fair warning or penalty system.
