SUBSCRIPTION INFO:
You can download the app for free. Further use requires a subscription. At our discretion, we may decide to offer you a free trial per the terms displayed in the app. Please note that:
When opting for a subscription, you pay the fixed price for your country, which is displayed in the app.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews and free trial automatically converts into subscription unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
When canceling a subscription or a free trial, your subscription/free trial will stay active until the end of the current period. Auto-renewal will be disabled, but the current subscription will not be refunded.
In addition to the purchased subscription, we may offer you add-on items for an additional fee, either one-off or recurrent. This purchase is optional: your subscription is not conditional on such a purchase. All such offers will be displayed in the app.

MeerWithout knowing I got an subscription to this app.
I thought I only bought an 12 week program (with a big discount).
I unsubscribed and emailed that I wanted my money back. I haven’t got any response from the owner of this app.
My bank intervened and got my money back for me.
Because I got my money back I’ll give you two stars, but your customer service is awful or actually non existent.
To the people who want to download this app: it is an subscription and if you don’t watch out it will cost you a lot of money.2door Dif*******16/09/2024No reply from the customer service - no workout tab although paid for a year
MeerOverall it is an ok app but I realized there is no workout tab on my dashboard as it supposed to be. I sent an email months ago, no reply, already paid for the whole year but cannot even use the workout feature.

MeerUnfortunately, I didn’t know I was in for another three months. I paid when I bought the app and yesterday I got a message (which was very clear by the way) that I had paid another amount for another three months.
I thought it was a one time payment, couldn’t find any info in the app nor on the website to cancel.
They claim to be very clear in your rights as a customer, however, I would have cancelled right away if I knew it was an automatic subscription. It was probably just like canceling your subscription: you get an endless array of “are you sure” options. To me it comes across as if you just want to make money, that’s not the future lovely people, living from the heart is. I would love to get my money back because I won’t be using the app (i seem to be wired differently and don’t benefit from having an app - I seem to need people around me to help me).
The two stars is for the exceptionally well written e-mail i got after the money was paid. You would have gotten five if I got it before the payment.2door Jui*****13/04/2024
