Connect your smartphone or tablet to our VitaDock® Online platform and synchronize your vital data. Establish a wireless connection to our range of Medisana® Connect-enabled devices via Bluetooth 4.0 Low Energy. VitaDock+ also integrates with the Apple Health app!

Great neutral weight tracker
I’ve been using this companion app for years now and really appreciate the fact that I can look back in my data all those years. It helps me to connect my weight and with fitness level with life events. And it clarified what I should put in as my weight target for myself, by looking back in my data, so I can fit back in the clothes I bought x years ago.
A real positive experience I found, is that when I was under my target, the message simply was neutral: you are x kg from your target. In this age of body consciousness I am glad the UX writers kept it neutral, rather than “congratulating” for being under the target weight as that idea that less weight is always better, needs to be broken.
In terms of what I need from this app: I like the integration with Apple health. I would like to a similar view as there is for weight for the other metrics, BMI, fat percentage, muscle mass. I actually do not use the activity one, because I track and set targets via Apple’s Fitness app on my Apple watch. I use my Medisana scale and Vitadock app to track the results of my daily fitness efforts.
Also, the BMI. I know it’s contested and it probably is not a good standard for me because I’m South-East Asian. I wonder whether there is a way to integrate fitness benchmarks that apply to my ethnic background.

De app werkt prima, enige wat ik mis is je lichamelijke leeftijd.
De app zou wel eens in een mooier overzichtelijker jasje gestoken worden.
Prima te gebruiken voor het hele gezin waar iedereen gewoon z’n eigen account kan maken ipv 1 account te delen. Blij mee!

App keeps on crashing since beginning of 2022; useless; need to remove, reinstall again and then it works for 1 or 2 days

Waardeloze App, werkt al 3 weken niet meer. Verder dan het beginscherm met logo van Medisana geraak je niet, tenzij je de app weer verwijderd en opnieuw installeert. Dan kan je hem 1 keer gebruiken waarna hij terug blokkeert.
Helaas krijgt het bedrijf het niet opgelost.

App werkt plots niet meer. App verwijdert. Alle gegevens weg. Opnieuw geïnstalleerd en nu blijkt de server niet meer benaderbaar. 404 melding.
