Great app for warm up
Before work, school or just a workout. I’ve been using this app since begin January. In the beginning it is hard. After just a couple of weeks however you need this for your daily endorfines!
Prima work-out app
App geeft duidelijke instructies. Alleen jammer dat het filmpje niet begint voordat de oefening begint en tweede misser is dat je de app wel aan kunt zetten via je applewatch maar helaas zie je de oefeningen niet op de applewatch en ben je genoodzaakt je iPhone erbij te houden.
