Wordt slecht op de hoogte gehouden van bestelling
Heb geen bevestiging van mijn bestelling ontvangen. Na gechat te hebben met een medewerker online in het Engels zou er een e-mail verstuurd worden van m’n bestelling, maar niks tot op heden ontvangen. Op de website stond dat de bestelling binnen paar dagen geleverd zou worden, maar blijkt dus ook langer te duren.
Not Functioning
The app deleted my entire wish/hearted lists. Every time I try to heart an item it says “General Error”. I cannot set the shop near my home as the home store. I just says “Not Valid”. And when I go to purchase it always says none of the items are available in the store or there’s no store nearby. I live within 15 minute walking distance to a shop and I see the same items in the store as on the app. It’s a user friendly interface as it’s very clean and pretty, but if it’s not working then what’s the point of using it.
Uniek, bohemian, Free-spirited
Geweldige kleding. Nergens te koop in Nederland. Telkens kwijl ik weg bij de mooie, luxe kleding. Heel gemakkelijk via de app binnen handbereik. Bestellen gaat ook super makkelijk en snel via de app. Verzendstatus makkelijk te checken. Hou rekening met +/- 2 weken voordat het pakketje arriveert (+ afrekenen inklaringskosten en BTW/invoerrechten) komt all the way uit the States. Zeker moeite waard voor de Unique one-of-a-kind kledingstukken.
