This update adds the ability to do Quick Flick workouts.
Quick Flick workouts consists of a set of ten 2 second squeezes and 2 second relaxations which target the fast twitch muscle fibers. Mix these with your regular workouts to target both slow and fast twitch muscles.
NOTE: You can make Quick Flick occur every 3 workouts by setting Fast Contractions to On from the Settings page.
