Dumb and counterintuitive UX
What a tedious process to check in via the app Nd it crashes when you want to add your cresitcard. If only one developer would try to check-in for
multiple persons he would find 10 illogical things. Like when you reach the end there is no done button. You have to press the X close button. But if you press that same button halfway (like trying to see if there are better seats and then try to get out of that you cancelled the whole check-in procedure). Very poor app for such a big company.

On our flight on Sunday morning h at 7.15 we had ™ the nicest stewardess, a nice surprise, on United! Give our thanks! Tammy, you were the best stewardess ever!
Great app, bur opens in portrait mode by default
Could you please have the app open in the way the device is hold? It is quite annoying to have the turn my iPad when this app.
