i have this app for about 8 years I think, it really helps me improving my interval training, 5 seconds can be a world of difference every training.

disregarding the new features added in this update, Seconds Pro already is by far the best interval timer app I've used. It's easy to make a simple timer very quickly with the rounds-timer, or you take a little more time and you can build complex timers. Saving them has become even easier with this update. The number of alerts you can set, the optional music features and the amount of on-screen information make it practical for basically any situation. This app has been around for a long time and support/updates have been regular. I'm not linked to the developer in any way, I just love this app.
